Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for collecting original artwork from Amber Lee Artworks. Each oil painting is a one-of-a-kind, hand-created piece designed to be treasured for years to come. Because original fine art is unique and irreplaceable, please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the original and one-of-a-kind nature of each oil painting, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variations due to screen or device differences

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please review all listing details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

Your artwork is carefully packaged and protected prior to shipment. In the rare event your painting arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging

  • Clear photographs of the damaged area(s)

  • A full image of the artwork

Claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for review.

If damage is verified, Amber Lee Artworks will:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Offer a repair (if possible), replacement (if available), or refund at our discretion

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

3. Shipping, Insurance & Delivery

Original paintings are securely packaged and may include shipping insurance when applicable.

Amber Lee Artworks is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim.

4. Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned paintings require a deposit or full payment before work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as time and materials have been invested.

Because commissioned artwork is custom-created specifically for the client, all commissioned pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Fine Art Care Disclaimer

Oil paintings are handcrafted works of art created with professional-grade materials. To preserve the integrity and longevity of your artwork:

  • Avoid direct, prolonged sunlight exposure

  • Keep away from excessive humidity or moisture

  • Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations

  • Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth only

Amber Lee Artworks is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, display conditions, environmental exposure, cleaning methods, or accidents after delivery.

Fine art is an investment and should be handled with care.

Copyright & Reproduction Rights

All artwork created by Amber Lee remains the intellectual property of Amber Lee Artworks.

Purchase of an original painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Amber Lee Artworks retains all rights to:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Create prints or merchandise

  • Use images of the artwork for promotional, portfolio, or marketing purposes

  • License the artwork

Collectors may not:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Create prints or merchandise from the artwork

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes

  • Alter or modify the artwork for reproduction

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited and protected under United States copyright law.
